The 1st Disinformation and Toxic Content Analysis Workshop (DiTox 23) took place in Vienna, Austria on September 12, 2023. This event was a part of the Language, Data and Knowledge congress (LDK 2023). The workshop aimed to shed light on how various domain approaches can be utilized to tackle disinformation at a technical level. This includes AI/ML-based methods, visual analytics, visualization approaches, and interdisciplinary strategies inspired by social sciences (i.e., computational social science). The GICP group presented “WIDISBOT:Widget to analyse disinformation and content spread by bots”.

This work was authored by Jose Manuel Camacho, Luis Perez-Miguel, and David Arroyo. The widget can be accessed from here [https://github.com/jmcamachor1/WIDISBOT].
