As part of the standardization activities in GoIT, we attended to the plenary meeting of of CEN-CLC/JTC 13 ‘Cybersecurity and data protection’. As part of the Spanish standardization body, we have participated in the discussions of some important standards on cybersecurity and data protection. As GoIT is devoted to the promotion of open hardware, our efforts has been focused on identifying possible contributions of cybersecurity standards by leveraging open hardware and fostering the deployment of a more autonomous hardware manufacturing ecosystem.
